Market Stalls 2023
APPLICATIONS are now open!
We welcome market stall applications for both food and crafts stalls for the festival weekend 13th/14thJanuary, we will open our gates to the public at 3pm on the 13th and so markets stalls will be able to arrive from 9am on the Friday 14th January and be set up by 3pm at the latest.
It is very important to us that every day of the festival is equally vibrant, therefore it is a condition of booking a market stall that you trade during all days of the festival. Evening trading is optional.
To help ensure that this condition is met, we charge a $150 bond which will be returned if you have traded throughout the festival.
Food stalls must have applicable health permits, but please note that as we sell food onsite we don’t necessarily approve every food stall.
NO BURGER STALLS OR PIZZA STALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN 2023
All stalls must have public liability insurance and adhere to all COVID19 SHIRE REGULATIONS.
Markets stalls are $100 for a 3×3 unpowered site for the two-day event, plus the $150 bond. This includes one weekend festival passes valued at $180 each.
Powered sites are $150 (plus bond) for a 3×3 site, also including one weekend festival pass.
Larger sites will have an additional surcharge.
Food and Beverage stall costs vary between $300 (plus bond) and $450 . This also includes two weekend festival passes.
Please note, passes are non-transferable
Camping is onsite.
Please be aware that parking/camping is away from stalls.
