APPLICATIONS are now open!
We welcome market stall applications for both food and crafts stalls for the festival weekend 18th/19th January, we will open our gates to the public at 5pm on the 17th and so markets stalls will need to arrive at 12 noon on the Friday 17th January and be set up by 5pm at the latest.
This year we are offering half price market stall fees for locally produced/ hand-crafted stalls.
Show case those local products!
It is very important to us that every day of the festival is equally vibrant, therefore it is a condition of booking a market stall that you trade during all days of the festival. Evening trading is optional.
To help ensure that this condition is met, we charge a $150 bond which will be returned if you have traded throughout the festival.
Food stalls must have applicable health permits, but please note that as we sell food onsite we don’t necessarily approve every food stall.NO BURGER STALLS OR PIZZA STALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN 2020
All stalls must have public liability insurance.
Markets stalls are $150 for a 3×3 unpowered site for the two-day event, plus the $150 bond. And 50 % discount for locally produced/ hand-crafted. stalls.This includes two weekend festival passes valued at $100 each.
Powered sites are $200 (plus bond), also including two weekend festival passes.
Food and Beverage stall costs vary between $300 and $400 (plus bond) depending on power use and size. This also includes two weekend festival passes. Please note, passes are non-transferable
Camping is onsite.
Please be aware that parking/camping is away from stalls.
